If you watched Sunday's Vanier Cup game between McMaster and Laval universities, you may have noticed ads showcasing Revelstoke's logo around the stadium and on TSN.

The ads were placed by the Jason Roe of Black Tie Properties in partnership with the Revelstoke Accommodation Association.

Black Tie Properties is the owner of the upcoming Mountain Springs resort just west of Revelstoke and the ads featured the development and its website prominently. They also featured the RAA.

The ads were located along the sidelines, behind the end zones and were displayed on the electronic rims below the stands.

Roe and his brother Brydon attend the Grey Cup and Vanier Cup every year. Roe said in an e-mail that nine people registered interest in Mountain Springs during the game.

The Vanier Cup ended in a thrilling 41-38, double-overtime victory for McMaster.
