Parks Canada hosted dog sled rides on the Asulkan winter trail in Glacier National Park on Saturday to commemorate the 1885-86 dog sled mail run through Rogers Pass. After heavy snowfalls prevented trains from using the newly-completed railway, Major Cunningham was hired to lead teams from Revelstoke to Canmore.
