Any person having an interest in the manufactured home described as 1967 Klassic, Serial No. KHL67211, Manufactured Home Registry No. 036359 located at Pad #6 - 1079 Lundell Road, Revelstoke, B.C. (the “Manufactured Home”).

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Manufactured Home has been seized by or on behalf of Big Eddy Holdings Ltd. (the “Landlord”) on March 4, 2023, pursuant to an order of possession issued on February 6, 2023, by the Residential Tenancy Branch, File No.: 910097396.

Tenants: Lillian Emma Louisa Grandmond and Eugene Rene Joseph Boily

Registered Owner: Wade Garrett Kessler

Property to be sold: The Manufactured Home, Make/Model: Klassic, Year: 1967, No. of Sections 1, Serial No. KHL67211, Length: 56’, Width 12’, Manufactured Home Registry No. 036359.

Address where the Manufactured Home is stored: Pad #6, 1079 Lundell Road, Revelstoke, B.C.

Name and address of the Landlord: Big Eddy Holdings Ltd. #61 – 2865 Glen Drive, Coquitlam BC, V3B 6W4

AND TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to sections 37, 38 and 39 of the Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Regulation, and section 72 of the Personal Property Security Act the Landlord will dispose of the Manufactured Home unless the person(s) being hereby notified establish a right to take possession of the Manufactured Home or make an application to the Court to establish such a right within 30 days from the date this notice is served on you.
