Albino Eccher passed away at Queen Victoria Hospital, Revelstoke on Friday, March 24th, 2017 at the age of 91 years. Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Revelstoke on Thursday morning, March 30th, 2017 with Father Aaron de Dios Celebrant. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice, in memory of Albino.
Albino was born in Vigo D’Anaunia, Italy on June 2, 1925 and had been a resident of Revelstoke since 1956. He enjoyed gardening, playing bocce, card games - especially Crib, and watching hockey. Albino especially enjoyed socializing with his friends and Bingo Scratch tickets.
Albino is survived by his wife Natalia of Revelstoke; three children: Nat Eccher, Mary (Rick) Davis of Revelstoke and Louisa Eccher of Revelstoke as well as numerous friends.
