Arlene Sproat, a long time resident of Revelstoke, B.C. passed away on Sunday March 5th at Queen Victoria Hospital.


Arlene was born in April, 1963 in Hamilton, Ontario. After moving to Revelstoke she worked as a cashier at McDonalds where she became a big part of their McFamily. She stayed working until diagnosed with cancer.


Arlene had a passion for gardening and spending time with her pets. She enjoyed colouring and making people smile. Her grandchildren were the loves of her life.


She is predeceased by her father, Colin Bailey. Survived by her husband Ken, daughter Tina Pawliw (Aryn), son John Wilker Jr., her beloved grandchildren Hailey and Madison, her mother Eleanor Larsen (Glen) and siblings Calvin Bailey (Maria), Rick Bailey (Amanda), Crystal Bailey, Rae-Lynn Ducharme and Sam Ducharme.


Her contagious smile will be missed by many.
