Douglas Lloyd Knapp
Born in Saskatoon, SK, on August 23, 1943 Douglas Lloyd Knapp passed away May 21, 2009 in Powell River, BC, at the age of 65.
He is survived by his loving wife Elaine, sons Kevin (Lisa) of Delta, BC, Ken of Toronto, ON, and Kyle (Tamara) of Burnaby, BC, also his brother Jim (Dolores) of Revelstoke, BC, four grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his brother Dale, sisters Beth and Joan and this past October, his granddaughter Brandi.
Funeral service was held Saturday, May 30 at Powell River United Church, with Reverend Jim Erb officiating. Flowers gratefully declined. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of BC & Yukon if desired.
