Henry (Yuck Hing) Seto, 89, of Vancouver BC, passed away peacefully on the evening of January 30th, 2024 at Vancouver General Hospital.

Henry was born in Hoy Ping Canton China in 1934. He had moved to Hong Kong in the 1950's with his parents and two sisters.

In 1970, he immigrated to Canada with his family and settled in Revelstoke BC where he was the proprietor of a restaurant in the King Edward Hotel and eventually Henry Restaurant on East 1st St.

After retirement, Henry and Hoi moved to Vancouver to enjoy their time with their children, grandchildren and went on trips to China, Australia, and the United States. Besides taking daily walks at Queen Elizabeth Park with Hoi and his grandchildren, Henry can be found engaging in his favorite past time; betting at the horse racing track, visiting casinos, and playing mahjong with friends.

Henry lived a fulfilling life. He loved socializing with family and friends and enjoyed his love for food. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Henry was predeceased by his older sister Tammy (Yuk Sau).

He is survived by his wife, Yee Hoi, son Leung (Louise), son John (Debbie), son Wayne (Lisa); six grandchildren; Kylee Seto-Herr (Ian), Annette, Cole, Bradley, Elliott, Corey; sister, Helen.

A 10 am memorial service will be held on February 17th, 2024 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Burnaby BC.
