Revelstoke Ramada hotel wins guest satisfaction award

The team at the Ramada in Revelstoke was presented a “Best of” award by Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.

Wyndham owns Super 8, Days Inn, Ramada, Travelodge and many other brands. Each year they recognize individual hotels for exceeding targets in regards to overall guest satisfaction based on reviews done by guests.

The Ramada in Revelstoke is currently ranked seventh best of the 404 Ramada Hotels in North America.

The hotel opened in July 2017 and they currently have around 20 staff members.

“We have a happy team and I think that has resonated in this award,” said Lisa Fik, guest services manager.

The 2018 winners of the awards will be celebrated at a global conference in September.
