A Revelstoke hotel that's served the community and its influx of tourists since 2017 has earned a major award from its parent hospitality company, for the fifth time.
Ramada by Wyndham Revelstoke, which opened nearly eight years ago with 20 staff and snagged its first hospitality award within a year, shared Friday (March 21) that Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has recognized it as "Best of Ramada" for 2024.
Excluding the pandemic-heavy years of 2020 and 2021, the hotel has received this high accolade every year since 2018.
“We are incredibly honoured to once again receive the ‘Best of Ramada’ award,” Jora Dhami, executive director for Ramada by Wyndham Revelstoke, said in a release. “This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, who go above and beyond to ensure our guests experience the warmth and hospitality that the Ramada brand is known for."
Among the criteria for award recipients is maintaining an overall satisfaction score of at least 8.0, as well as utilizing training to prevent human trafficking on site.
"We are grateful for our guests’ continued support and look forward to providing exceptional stays for years to come," Dhami added.
To cement the award, Ramada by Wyndham Revelstoke will receive a custom trophy to display at the reception.
