Across Canada for cancer research

Breyden Erickson, 18, arrived in Revelstoke last night on his walk across Canada to raise money for cancer research.

Breyden Erickson arrived in Revelstoke last night on his walk across Canada to raise money for cancer research. He was at the Revelstoke Pharmasave on Friday collecting donations for his walk, which he said he was doing in support of a friend of his who has cancer.

"I want to make sure she can get any help that she needs, if she needs it," said the 18-year-old.

He's been walking for a month so far and expects it to take another six months to make it across the country.

You can donate online through the Canadian Cancer Society. You can follow his adventures through his Twitter account.
