Get involved for White Ribbon Day

Women’s Shelter inviting creatives to collaborate for Dec. 6 event at Dose Coffee

The Revelstoke Women’s Shelter Society is inviting artists, musicians and writers to get involved with their White Ribbon Day event.

“Do you have art to exhibit, music to perform or words to read in support of this cause?” says the invitation. “Help us mark the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women and recognize the missing and murdered Indigenous women.”

The event is scheduled to take place at Dose Coffee on Dec. 6.

If you’d like to be part of the event, call 778-898-1503 or email movingforward@telus.net.
