Revelstoke Roller Derby gives $500 to both the Community Connections Food Bank and the Revelstoke Women's Shelter.

Revelstoke Roller Derby donated $500 to both the Community Connections Food Bank and the Revelstoke Women’s Shelter.

The money was part of the proceeds from the team’ two bouts, both of which attracted more than 800 people to the Revelstoke Forum.

The team is looking for a new practice space as it prepares for its next bout in Kelowna against the Derby Dolls on August. 18.
