Parking closures for Hallmark movie filming in Revelstoke

Areas will be closed for parking Sept. 24-28

Hallmark Channel is coming to town to film The Trouble with Christmas Sept. 23-28.

According to a news release from the City of Revelstoke, work hours will generally be from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

“Keep your eyes open for work crews setting up scenes and movie stars,” the release said.

There will be temporary parking closures for filming:

Sept. 24

  • 4th St. East from Orton Ave. to Mackenzie Ave
  • Orton Ave. from 4th St. East to laneway

Sept. 25

  • 300 block of Mackenzie Ave. on both side of the street
  • Boyle Ave. from 2nd St. to 1st St. from 7 a.m. -12 p.m.
  • 2nd St. from Campbell Ave. to 410 2nd St. from 7 a.m.-12 p.m.

Sept. 26

  • 300 block of Mackenzie Ave. both sides of the street

Sept. 27

  • 200 block of Mackenzie Ave. east side of the street

Sept. 28

  • 100 block Columbia Park Dr. south side

All businesses will be open as usual.

Hallmark has filmed in Revelstoke a couple times in previous years, including Frozen in Love and Marry me at Christmas.
