Closing day at RMR

It was a near-perfect weekend as Revelstoke Mountain Resort wrapped up for the season. On the mountain, several dozen competitors took part in the Stoke to Spoke race – a combination of skiing/snowboarding, biking, running and drinking. Greg Fortier won the individual race, edging out Scott Duke and Amy Flexman, who finished second and third. In the team event The Euros, consisting of Erich and Dominic Unterberger and Eric Schwenk finished first, while Fast & Furious, consisting of Cole and Richie Smith; and Lachlan Hicks came in second. Meanwhile, at the mid-mountain lodge, people sat outside in the sun and rocked out to the band Cornstarr.

See the slideshow above for a few photos from the day.
