Matt Cadden's catch of a 15lb 2oz bull trout has won the youngster two awards from the BC Wildlife Federation.
Cadden, 11, won the Junior Fishing Award and the Lee Straight Fishing Award for the fish he caught while on a family outing on Lake Revelstoke.
The BC Wildlife Federation awards honour individuals and member clubs for outstanding hunting, angling and conservation achievements. They were announced at the BCWF gala on April 28.
