Lots of shows come to Revelstoke this fall

Summer may be over, but that doesn't mean that the fun times are finished in Revelstoke.

Arts Revelstoke has released its upcoming shows for fall 2024, and it's full of entertainment options for everyone. 

Old Man Luedecke

On Oct. 10, Old Man Luedecke will hit the Arts Revelstoke stage at 7 p.m. Chris Luedecke is the person behind the stage name, Old Man Luedecke, and is a two-time Juno Award-winning singer-songwriter. He has also received multiple East Coast Music Awards. Arts Revelstoke describes him as being known for "his energy banjo-driven stompers."

Opening for Luedecke will be May Davis, a singer-songwriter who once called Revelstoke home, but has relocated to the Ottawa Valley.

Ballet Victoria: Frankenstein

Ballet Victoria will take the Arts Revelstoke stage with a performance sure to get folks ready for spooky season. They will be performing Mary Shelley's gothic tale, Frankenstein. Folks ready to experience this spooky art can check it out on Oct. 19 at 6 p.m.

Don Ross & Jule Malischke

Don Ross is a finger-style guitarist who hails from Montreal, and has a Mi'kmaw and Scottish background. He has performed all over Canada, and won the US National Fingerpick Guitar Championship in 1988 and 1996. He will be accompanied by Jule Malischke, who is a guitarist and singer/songwriter from Germany. The duo will perform on Nov. 1 at 7:30 p.m.

Bear Grease

Bear Grease is a musical that is described as taking the 1978 musical, Grease "on an Indigenous joyride, with fashion that slays, humour that tickles your funny bone, and music that makes you groove!" Those looking to experience Bear Grease can see the performance on Nov. 9 at 7 p.m. at Arts Revelstoke.
