An excavator works to repair a collapsed culvert in Cartier Bay last week. The BC Hydro project was completed last week by contractor Splatsin Construction & Environmental Services.
The goal was to repair the culvert in order to protect wetland habitat in the area.
BC Hydro is asking the public to avoid the roads in that area while they are soft and muddy.
