Revelstoke School Board seeking realtor for Big Eddy property

The Board of Education is seeking a realtor to sell seven building lots in the Big Eddy. The lots were the location of the former Big Eddy school.

The Board of Education is seeking a realtor to sell seven building lots in the Big Eddy. The lots were the location of the former Big Eddy school.

The board will be issuing a request for proposals (RFP) later this week.

Final approval is expected shortly from the City of Revelstoke.

The school was demolished in 2013 and the school district decided the best way to reuse the property on Big Eddy Rd. would be to subdivide and sell it.

The property was rezoned as R2A Special Low Density Residential and divided into seven lots.
