Update: Trans-Canada Highway reopened following a closure just east of Salmon Arm

Highway was reopened late Tuesday night, Feb. 4, RCMP have not yet provided details.

Highway 1 reopened late Tuesday night following a closure in both directions between Salmon Arm and Canoe.

Drive BC had reported there was a vehicle incident between 20th Avenue NE and 40th Ave NE with emergency vehicles on scene.

RCMP have not yet provided details on the vehicle crash.
