Purpose: The developer-led Public Information Meeting is being held to share with the community of Revelstoke the development plans for The Copeland at 400 Mackenzie Avenue.
The scope for the proposed development at 400 Mackenzie Avenue includes the rehabilitation of and additions to the existing McCarty House bed & breakfast to accommodate a 3 storey (plus basement), 23 room hotel with ground floor public restaurant to Mackenzie Avenue. In conjunction with the additions, an extensive exterior rehabilitation process will be undertaken to return McCarty House (circa. 1900) to a more authentic representation of its original historic form and reinstate its prominence as a historical landmark in Revelstoke.
