NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO THE COMPTROLLER OF WATER RIGHTS UNDER THE WATER UTILITY ACT AND THE UTILITIES COMMISSION ACT

NAME OF UTILITY: Blaeberry Utility Company (trade name) on behalf of 1312588 BC Ltd (Applicant for New CPCN)

NOTICE is hereby given by: Applicant - 1312588 BC Ltd

Take notice that I/We, 1312588 BC Ltd from Golden, B.C., have applied to the Comptroller of Water Rights, British Columbia, for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for the proposed construction and operation of a waterworks treatment centre and distribution system to serve the following land:

Civic Address: N/A (Subdivision in progress; Civic address not yet assigned)

MOTI/CSRD PLRs: 2019-06432 for 25 subdivision lots and 2021-03964 for 29 subdivision lots

Total 54 subdivision lots plus one service lot for Water Treatment Centre.
