It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Bud.
He was pre-deceased by his parents Allan (Cy) Atchison Holden and Gladys Evelyn Holden and his two younger brothers Robert (Jack) Holden and James (Jim) Atchison Holden. He is survived by his three younger sisters Bev, Pat and Peggy, his loving wife Yvonne, daughters Penny (Dave), Coleen (Mark), sons Dennis and Corey, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren and his beloved dog Stitch.
Bud was a hard worker and did many different jobs from working on the steam ships, high lead logging on the coast, logging in Revelstoke, driving truck for Highways and equipment operator at Downie Street Sawmills. He was active in loggers’ sports, the Rod and Gun Club and Black Powder. He loved spending time camping, hunting, gardening and just being with his family. A celebration of life will be held in the spring, date to be announced.
