The family of Arlene is sad to announce the sudden passing of their wife, mother and grandmother on June 27, 2018 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Arlene is survived by her loving husband Dennis; adoring grown children Heather and Lesley (Ken); amazing grandchildren Tristen, Caleb, Parker and Alice; her kind hearted mother Doreen Hewko; caring brother Warren (Jackie) Hewko; and will also be remembered dearly by other relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her cherished father Steve Hewko and brother Kenneth Hewko.
Arlene was born in Revelstoke, British Columbia where she met her husband Dennis. They were married October 30th, 1971 and shortly after, their two daughters were born. In 1984 they moved to Saskatoon to raise their family. Arlene's priority was always her love for her family. When her own children were grown, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Arlene also had many other passions including reading, playing cards, cooking, listening to music, walking, puzzles, and watching T.V. and movies. She also had a strong sense for adventure and travel. Her beautiful smile and joyful laughter are going to be missed by many.
Please join us for A Celebration of Life which will be held Monday, August 20, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church Hall in Revelstoke.
