Charles passed away at his home in Lumby, B.C. He was born in Ferintosh, Alberta on April 17th, 1931 and died Easter morning on March 23rd, 2008. After farming in the early years, he came to British Columbia where most of his work was in road construction and highway maintenance. He is survived by his caring wife Mona, children, Karran, Gordon, Jim and Jack, ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He will be missed by numerous family members and friends. A memorial tea will be held in Revelstoke, B.C. at a later date. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, those friends wishing to make memorial contributions in memory of Charles may do so to the B. C.
