Edmund Lazonby (Ted) May
Mr. Ted May passed away at Moberly Manor, Revelstoke on Saturday, September 13th, 2008 at the age of 87 years.
There will be no formal funeral service by Ted’s own request. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Moberly Park Manor Foundation, P.O. Box 1570, Revelstoke, B.C. V0E 2S0, in memory of Ted.
Ted was born in Trail, B.C. on October 22, 1920 and had been a resident of Revelstoke since 1949. Ted served with the Canadian Navy Reserves during World War 2. He was a quiet man who enjoyed being with his family.
Ted was predeceased by his wife Florence in 2003. He is survived by three daughters: Linda Mackenzie of Enderby, Annita May of Revelstoke and Lorna Biatecki of Revelstoke; son-in-law Bruce Biatecki of Revelstoke; five grandchildren: Sharon (Rick) Kuhl of Tappen, Deborah (Ian) Stewart of Kelowna, Dawn McLaren of Cochrane, Alberta, April Mannarino of Revelstoke and Brad (Leyna) Biatecki of Revelstoke; 4 great grandchildren; brother Bert May of Calgary as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation arrangements were in the care of Brandon Bowers Funeral Home, Revelstoke.
