Mrs. Italia Ciolli passed away peacefully with her beloved family by her side at Mount Cartier Court, Revelstoke on Monday, May 31st, 2021, at the age of 85 years. A private family Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Revelstoke.
Italia was born in Pofi, Italy on August 22, 1935, and had been a resident of Revelstoke since 1967. She was a people person who enjoyed being around others, laughing and making people laugh.
Italia's passion was cooking, and she especially loved to feed all who were welcome in her home. Family was most important to Italia, and she treasured the time she spent with each one of them.
Italia was predeceased by her parents and her siblings. She is survived by her husband of almost 65 years, Ben of Revelstoke; three children: Pina (Rod) Sherlock of Revelstoke, Massimo (Catherine) Ciolli of Mission and Roberta Ciolli of Revelstoke; five grandchildren: Yvonne (Jim) Walker of Airdrie, Alberta, Natasha (Mike) Perkins of Revelstoke, Jason (Lyndsay) Ciolli of Kelowna, Michelle Ciolli (Matt Logan) of Kelowna and Jennifer Ciolli of West Kelowna; six great grandchildren: Landon, Reid, Corbin, Logan, Juliet and Luca, as well as many friends.
