Mrs. Frances Lynne Babak passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, January 17th, 2017 at the age of 68 years. There will be no formal funeral service, by Lynne’s own request.
Lynne was born in Revelstoke on August 21, 1948 and had been a lifelong resident. She is survived by her husband, Peter; three children: Jody (Fay) Babak, Scott (Carlene) Babak and Kelly Babak (Harvey Danyluk) all of Revelstoke; eight grandchildren; her parents, Arnie and Doreen Chaddock Sr. of Revelstoke, one sister Nola (Tony) Woodcock and one brother Arnie (Doris) Chaddock Jr. all of Salmon Arm as well as numerous nieces and nephews and a number of good friends.
A special thank you to Dr. Sara Brown for her dedication to Lynne’s care, sister Nola Woodcock for going above and beyond and to her daughter Kelly for making it possible for Lynne to stay at home until the end.
