Margaret Laforme passed away Monday, July 31st peacefully at her home on Bowen Island at the age of 93. Margaret was predeceased by her loving husband George W. Laforme, 2 son-in-laws George Laforme Jr. and Herbert Harzan and her sister Geraldine Bailey. Margaret is survived by her sister Lois De Dominico, son David Stalker, step daughter Diane Harzan and step daughter-in-law Dianne Laforme along with 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Margaret was the martriarch who brought two families together and will be reverently remembered as ‘she who must be obeyed.’ :) Rig-a-jig-jig and away we go, Away we go, away we go! Rig-a-jig-jig and away we go, tra-la-tra-la-tra-la. A private celebration of life will be held for family and loved ones September 23rd at 12:00pm at The Little Red Church at 1122 Miller Rd., Bowen Island. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers can be made to The Salvation Army.
