Mary Masur (Hammond)
1922-2012
The family of Mary Masur are saddened to inform you of her sudden passing on January 16, 2012 into the hands of her Lord and Savior with her family by her side.
Mom was born in Revelstoke, graduated as a RN from Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, met and married Les Masur in 1947 and continued to live in Revelstoke until 1963.
Mary was predeceased by loving parents Joseph and Ellen Hammond, sister Helen, brother Joe and husband Les. Survived by daughter Jill (Larry) Zimmer, son Jack in Parksville, BC., grandchildren, great grand children, nieces, nephews, cousins and sisters –in-law. Mary held many values that will live on in her family and we cherish all those wonderful memories. A celebration of Life will take place at a later date in Parksville.
