We regret to announce the passing of our cousin, uncle, and friend on June 28th, 2020 in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 65 years.
He was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Francis Weston in the early 80's. He will be missed by his cousins Kelly (Mike) Price, Bev Weston, Janet Weston, Jeff (Jeannie) Weston, his second cousin David (Helen) Lowman and many other second cousins, great nieces and nephews, friends and co-workers.
Wally or Butch, an only child was born and raised in Richmond, B.C. where he worked with Dominion Pavers and Richmond Coach Lines and later moved to Revelstoke in the late 80's where he drove bus for Misty Mountain bus lines. He later owned and operated his own bus company, Revelstoke Charter Bus as well as operating his own highway truck, Afterwards he drove for several other truck companies including Bison, Monarch, John Howe, and finally Sokil.
A celebration of life will be held in the conference room at the Super 8 Hotel, 16818 -118 Ave. NW Edmonton, Alta at 4:00 pm on Saturday July 25th, 2020.
His ashes will be disbursed as he requested:
"Open the window on the Rogers Pass and let them fly" The Gentle Giant will be missed.
