Go out of town to avoid gouging at the pumps

I would suggest that locals take the time to drive at least to the Perry River Esso and save seven cents a litre!

Editor,

I am writing to complain about the greedy gougers who are charging us $1.33.9 for a litre of gas. This is the highest gas price anywhere in Canada along the Trans-Canada highway corridor. It is simply greed that keeps us getting gouged by the local owners. There is no other reason for these high prices.

I would suggest that locals take the time to drive at least to the Perry River Esso and save seven cents a litre, or if travelling out of town buy only enough to get to Vernon or Kamloops. The savings will pay for the trip!
