Pressure profits to reduce gas prices

Rather than exit town to fill-up and spend money that should be spent in town supporting our retail businesses, I prefer to spend one half of what a full gas tank costs — $30–$40 rather than $70–$80.

If every local decided to do the same in February, March and April and sales slumped dramatically, perhaps the gas companies would realize these high prices are hurting the locals and they need to do something to recapture our business.
