In Review: Exciting future for the Revelstoke Cricket Club

We spoke with Matt Bramall of the Revelstoke Cricket Club to discuss the future of the team

This week on In Review we sat down with Matt Bramall, Co-Director of the Revelstoke Cricket Club, to talk about the exciting future for the sport of cricket in Revelstoke.

The Revelstoke Cricket Club recently received its ‘certificate of incorporation’ from the BC Registry and is now officially recognized as a sports club.

The club is gearing up for an exciting summer, including matches against more-established clubs in Kelowna.

Revelstokians have played cricket in the community for well over 100 years. According to the May 7, 1892, edition of the Kootenay Star, a cricket club was formed in Revelstoke following a meeting held at the Victoria Hotel.
