Photo: The Revelstoke Rod & Gun Club’s Aug. 25 rifle shoot at Bullet Basin highlighted the best local marksmen. Shooters showed their target skills from different distances and positions. Greg Brule (centre) finished with the top score of 57, followed by Ian Hill (left) with a 49 and Gord Gowanlock Sr., who came third with 41. Gowanlock used a sightless, black powder rifle from the late 1800s.
