Revelstoke Grizzlies win in double overtime, take 3-0 series lead

The Grizzlies are back on the road tonight to take on the Sicamous Eagles

The Revelstoke Grizzlies are one win away from the third round of the KIJHL playoffs after last night’s 5-4 win in double overtime against the Sicamous Eagles.

Revelstoke forward Luke Aston scored in the second overtime period to seal the victory for the Grizzlies at the Sicamous & District Recreation Centre.

Grizzlies forward Jake Wallace scored his team-leading fourth goal of the playoffs last night and leads all Revelstoke skaters with 9 points.

The Grizzlies have a chance to close out their series tonight in Sicamous. Puck drops at 7:30 p.m.
