Coach Matt Smider was very proud of his team’s performance. “In addition to the added pressure of competing at a championship event, skiers faced a challenging course comprised of lengthy climbs and technical descents,” he said. “Watching our athletes rise to the occasion at Otway was quite a testament to their mental and physical strength. This event will boost our confidence heading into the second half of the competition season.”
