Residents at the Crown Villa trailer park in Vernon have been dealing with a raw sewage leak, and the owner says she can’t afford to fix it. The owner was given a $345 ticket from Interior Health on Wednesday, April 6, 2022. (Brendan Shykora - Morning Star).
