The first two babies of the year to be born at Queen Victoria Hospital came mere hours apart on Jan. 10. Normally the Times Review only includes the first one but since that actually went to a Nakusp family we decided to put the other lucky family in the paper as well. Above is Anouk Bella Julien and below is Jack Eden Bailey.
Brian Bailey and his wife Alma Ramirez with their new son Jack Eden Bailey and his older brother Wyntur Bailey. Jack was born at 7:50 p.m., coming into the world at 7 pounds and 15 ounces.
