A service outage is currently impacting Shaw customers in the Okanagan.
Shaw-using residents in Kelowna have reported that their access to internet was disrupted at approximately 6 p.m., on June 9.
Shaw Support posted a service outage update at 7:25 p.m., saying that technicians are on site working to restore service as quickly as possible. The cause of the outage is not yet known.
There is no timeline for the next Shaw update.
The outage is impacting Wifi, internet, television, and home phone services.
