Lorel Ann Davis passed away at Queen Victoria Hospital, Revelstoke on Saturday, February 6th, 2010 at the age of 49 years. There will be no formal funeral service by Lorel’s own request. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Revelstoke Hospice Society, Box 3133, Revelstoke, B.C. V0E 2S0, in memory of Lorel.
Lorel was born in Revelstoke on April 15, 1960 and had been a life-long resident. She had a kind heart for animals and especially loved her cat Ozzie and her pot-bellied pig Baby Girl. Lorel enjoyed woodworking and doing crafts. She loved to be around people and was a very strong woman.
Lorel was predeceased by her mother Jean in July 2009. She is survived by her two children: Jim (Heather) Passmore of Calgary and Bobbi Passmore of Revelstoke; three grandchildren: Ryder, Conner and Ethan; her father Arthur Davis of Revelstoke; three siblings: Louis (Pam) Davis of Revelstoke, Sheryl (John) Hermansen of Revelstoke and Darrell (Jennifer) Davis of Salmon Arm; numerous nieces and nephews; her good friend Myrtle Nickel and an amazing group of friends that supported her throughout her illness.
Cremation arrangements were in the care of Brandon Bowers Funeral Home, Revelstoke.
