In loving memory ~
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mark McKay at Mount Cartier Court on January 21st, 2024, at the age of 77 years old.
Mark was a long-time resident of Revelstoke and involved in many groups, clubs, and organizations.
Mark was predeceased by his parents and two sisters, Sylvia and Ida and his niece Debbie. Mark is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Lois, two sons, Darren and Matthew, grandchildren Isabella and Harper, he is also survived by his two sisters Peg and Ginny of Victoria and two sisters in law Darlene Defoe of Revelstoke and Debbie Bailey (Doug) of Kelowna and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family wish to express a special thanks and appreciation to all home care aides, nurses, doctors, and the staff at the cottages for their kindness, compassion, and exceptional care of Mark during his stay with them.
A private family gathering will take place at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Brandon Bowers Funeral Home, Revelstoke.
