Melissa Dawn Hargrave passed away peacefully with her family at her side in Revelstoke on Monday, July 3rd, 2023, at the age of 54 years. There will be a Celebration of Life at the Revelation Lodge at Revelstoke Mountain Resort on Tuesday, July 18th, 2023, at 1:30 p.m.
Melissa was born in Carmichael, California on February 15th, 1969. She moved with her family to Canada at a young age, and it has been home to her ever since.
She will be well remembered as the Manager of Home Health for Pharmasave in Revelstoke. Melissa enjoyed camping, gardening, and walking on the flats with her dogs Gunner and Mya.
Her favourite place to travel was Cancun. She especially loved spending time with her grandsons and fur babies.
Melissa is survived by her two daughters: Kristin (Darcy) and Taryn (Sean); her two adored grandsons Garrett and Aeron; her mother Eleanor Hargrave of Puyallup, Washington; two brothers: Dean (Krystyn) Hargrave and Brad (Kasia) Hargrave as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
