In loving memory ~
Reiko passed away peacefully in Revelstoke, B.C., on March 26, 2024, at the age of 87 years. She will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her husband Kunio, son Raymond (Ana), her grandchildren; Laura, Christopher, and Hannah, and her siblings; Yayoi Fukushima, Kahoru Tanaka, and Yuzuru Tanaka. She is predeceased by her parents; Hiroshi and Chiyo Tanaka, brother Yoshiaki, and son Brian.
Reiko was an all-star bowler and avid bingo player, who enjoyed karaoke, huckleberry picking, and mushroom hunting.
A service of remembrance will be held at Brandon-Bowers Funeral Home on Friday, April 12, 2024, at 10:30 am. Reception to follow at the Revelstoke Seniors' Centre.
The family would like to thank the staff at Mount Cartier Court for their kind and loving care of Reiko.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Revelstoke Hospice Society in honour of Reiko.
