In Loving Memory ~
It is with deep sorrow and much love the family of Rene Joseph Boily announce his passing on April 28, 2023, at the age of 95.
Rene will be lovingly remembered by his children: Tony Boily, Louise Bowes, Mary Loney (David), Marie Jamrozik (Dave), Eugene Boily (Lillian), Judy Meunier, Denis Boily (Brenda), as well as 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
He made Revelstoke his home for over 40 years. With his great sense of humor Rene made many friends and was well loved in the community.
As a member of several organizations, he spent much of his time in volunteer work, such as the Kokanee ball tournament and packing Christmas hampers for the food bank. He also worked with crime stoppers.
A Memorial Service was held at Brandon Bowers Funeral Home, on Friday, May 5, 2023.
