The Revy Riders Dirtbike Club takes Glacier House by storm this weekend with Revelstoke's first ever Women's Dirtbike event.
With the Wednesday Infinite Powersports ladies rides growing every week, the need for the club to do an all-female event was apparent, and we thought it would be rad to get a crew of girls together from the region to ride, camp and bonfire!
We have an insane facility at our fingertips and there was nothing that was offered that would bring riders from different regions together to ride and unite the dirtbike community, so why not host in one of the best motorsports playgrounds in Canada!
The day includes guided tours of the 60-plus kilometres of trails by the female club members, riding clinics from experienced coaches, maintenance clinics offered by Infinite Powersports, giveaways, Revy Riders annual membership, a barbecue at the Glacier House patio and an evening bonfire to close down the day.
Everyone is welcome — clinics and riding activities are for ladies only but feel free to bring your partners and families, or even friends with mountain bikes; the new Glacier House mountain bike pump track is open as well and Frisby and Boulder terrain is close by. If you have friends who want to join in the BBQ & bonfire after party, tickets can be purchased at Glacier House.
