Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce to host AI seminar

The chamber will host a seminar for non-profits about Chat GPT

The Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce (RCC) have added a few events to their calendar for the next two weeks, including a chamber networking opportunity and an introduction AI.

Next week, the RCC will host their April Chamber Coffee Connections to give members the opportunity to meet casually with other members on Thursday, April 27 from 9–10:30 a.m. Sponsored by Community Economic Development, the event is free but restricted just to members of the RCC. Members looking to attend can reserve their spot online.

The following week, the RCC will host a workshop for non-profits in Revelstoke to introduce them to the AI, Chat GPT. On May 2nd, the RCC will host two seminars—one in the morning from 9–9:45 a.m., and another from 5–5:45 p.m.

Chat GPT has proven to be a powerful tool that can be used to help businesses with a variety of things from communication to accessibility.

The goal of the seminars is to teach businesses how to use the software and demonstrate how non-profits in Revelstoke may be able to benefit from the use of Chat GPT.

To sign up for either of the seminars whether the business is a chamber member or not, head to the RCC website to reserve a spot. The seminars will be held at the Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce.
