BAILIFF SALE WAREHOUSE LIEN ACT

The City of Revelstoke will be presenting its 2022 Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2022 at the Regular Meeting of Council on June 27, 2023. The meeting will be held in Council Chambers (#102-103 Second Street East) and electronically starting at 3:00 p.m.

In accordance with the requirements of the Community Charter , Revelstoke City Council hereby gives notice of its intention to provide a lease agreement to the Revelstoke Senior’s Centre Association commencing July 1, 2023 and terminating June 30, 2028 for $5, plus applicable taxes.

In accordance with the requirements of the Community Charter , Revelstoke City Council hereby gives notice of its intention to provide a lease agreement to the Red Cross Health Equipment Loan Program commencing July 1, 2023 and terminating June 30, 2025 for $9,600.00, plus applicable taxes.

Take notice that We, Valard Construction, from Edmonton, AB, have applied to the British Columbia Ministry of Forests (FOR), Kootenay Boundary Region, for a Licence of Occupation for Industrial/Roadway situated on Provincial Crown Land located in the vicinity of Illecillewaet River.
