RSS students take in sustainability experiences

On April 14, six students from Revelstoke Secondary School (Jessie Booker, Emma Flood, Saara Tapanainen, Mikayla Faucett, Gordon Mason, and Melanie Davies) joined about 50 other B.C. and Alberta students at the Palisades Stewardship Education Centre in Jasper National Park. We went to the youth summit on sustainability to become more aware about the world around us and our impact on it.

RSS students amongst youth grant recipients

Ten youth projects were successful in the recent intake of the Columbia Basin Youth Grants program. Offered by Columbia Basin Trust (CBT), the grants support youth-led projects that directly benefit Basin youth (ages 15 to 29) and involve youth in project development, planning and implementation.
