The Revelstoke Community Foundation’s Annual Celebration on Apr. 28 brought home the message of community spirit and self-sufficiency.

The Times Review asked Revelstoke Community Foundation Chair Steven Hui some questions about the Revelstoke Community Foundation in order to provide a primer for those who don’t know much about the organization. Here is our Q&A:

The first and hopefully annual Love Revelstoke event in downtown Revelstoke was a great place to bring the kids and let them loose for a couple hours on the dozens of free games and activities.

The Revelstoke Women’s Shelter led the annual Prevention of Violence Against Women Walk on April 21, leading about five dozen marchers from Revelstoke Secondary School to Grizzly Plaza where they rallied and listened to speeches.
